Shipping
Where we ship
Halina Studio ships to addresses in Canada and the United States. International orders outside North America are not currently available.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. During launch weeks and major holidays, processing may take 1–2 additional business days.
Carriers
Canadian orders ship via Purolator Ground. U.S. orders ship via Purolator International Ground or Stallion Express, selected based on weight and destination.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free standard shipping is available on Canadian orders over $50.
Delivery estimates
- Canada: 2–5 business days after shipping
- United States: 5–10 business days after shipping
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the order ships. If a tracking notification is not received within 4 business days of ordering, contact help@halinastudio.com.
Lost or delayed packages
If a package has not moved in 7 business days or shows as delivered but has not arrived, contact help@halinastudio.com with the order number. A replacement will be arranged following standard carrier claim procedures.
Damaged in transit
Damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Email help@halinastudio.com with the order number and photos of the damage. Replacements are provided at no additional cost.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Packages returned to Halina Studio due to address errors will incur reshipment fees.
Returns
Return window
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Non-returnable items
- Items that have been opened, used, or written on
- Seed packets (sealed or opened)
- Customized or personalized items
- Final sale items (marked on the product page)
Bundles
Bundles may be returned as a complete set within 30 days of delivery. Partial bundle returns are not accepted.
Return process
To initiate a return, email help@halinastudio.com with the order number and items to be returned. Return authorization and instructions will be provided within 1 business day. Returns shipped without prior authorization cannot be processed.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of an error by Halina Studio. Tracked shipping is recommended; Halina Studio is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and verifying the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically take an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, email help@halinastudio.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and photos. A replacement will be arranged at no cost. Customers should not return damaged items unless specifically requested.
Gift returns
Recipients of Halina Studio gift orders may request returns by contacting help@halinastudio.com with the order number from the packing slip. Refunds for gift returns are issued as store credit by default to maintain the privacy of the original purchaser. Refunds to the original payment method are available upon request and will be visible to the purchaser.
